Automatic Syringe Loading
Syringes are gently sorted and oriented by a SUS 316L vibrating plate and precisely fed into the rotary turntable one by one, ensuring a smooth and consistent start to the filling process.
High-Precision Filling
The servo-driven ceramic plunger pump performs quantitative filling with ≤±1% accuracy. The nozzle fills from the bottom up and can be programmed to eliminate air bubbles, guaranteeing product integrity.
Automatic Cap Sorting & Placing
Custom-sized caps are meticulously arranged by a dedicated vibrating plate and then accurately placed onto the filled syringes by a pick-and-place mechanism, preparing them for the final sealing stage.
Precise Servo Capping
The servo-controlled capping station applies a consistent, pre-set torque to seal each syringe securely. This prevents leaks, protects product sterility, and ensures a uniform, professional finish.
Finished Product Output
Perfectly filled and capped syringes are automatically discharged to a collection tray or conveyor belt, ready for downstream integration with labeling, inspection, or final packaging equipment.
