VPD800 multi-lane platform

High-Speed Wet Wipes Packing Machine for Single-Pack Alcohol Pads

An automatic multi-lane system for feeding non-woven rolls, folding, cutting, liquid addition, four-side sachet sealing, bag cutting and conveyor discharge.

Non-woven roll handling is only one part of the multi-lane process; final configuration follows the approved sachet drawing, formulation and sample trials.
Machine purpose

What the VPD800 does in one continuous web path

The reference configuration is designed for individually packed alcohol pads or swabs. Multiple non-woven lanes move through product preparation and four-side sachet packaging before finished packs leave by conveyor.

  1. Load: mount packaging film and multiple non-woven rolls.
  2. Guide and fold: control lane position and prepare the wipe format.
  3. Cut: divide the non-woven material to the confirmed pad length.
  4. Dose: add the specified liquid through the configured pump system.
  5. Seal: form the four-side sachet around the wetted pad.
  6. Finish: register, cut and transfer finished packs to the discharge conveyor.

See the multi-lane process in operation

A running video is more useful when it is reviewed against your own material and sachet drawing. Watch the complete web path, not only the discharge speed.

  • Non-woven and film tracking
  • Lane-to-lane consistency
  • Liquid addition points
  • Four-side sealing stability
  • Registration and cut position
  • Finished-pack discharge

VPD800 specifications to confirm before quotation

Three stations that determine line stability

High nominal output is only useful when the unwind, wipe preparation and liquid addition stations remain synchronized with the sealing web.

Multiple non-woven rolls feeding the VPD800 wet wipes packing machine

1. Multi-roll unwinding

Confirm roll width, core, splice practice, web tension and the loading access required by operators.

VPD800 non-woven folding and cutting lanes

2. Folding and cutting

The actual non-woven grade must feed, fold and cut consistently at the requested pad dimensions.

3. Liquid addition

Define the formulation, target volume, acceptable variation, cleaning method and test duration before FAT.

Application boundary

Start with the wipe, liquid and sachet—not the machine name

The VPD800 records support single-pack alcohol pads and swabs. A different wet-wipe product should only be accepted after its material and process conditions are reviewed.

  • Finished wipe length, width and fold
  • Non-woven grade and basis weight
  • Liquid chemistry and target volume
  • Sachet film structure and seal window
  • Printed repeat and registration mark
  • Product-use and market requirements

Important: baby wipes, cosmetic wipes and other disinfecting-wipe formats may require a different feeding, folding, dosing or sealing configuration. Submit samples before model selection.

Capacity planning

Size the machine from good packs per shift

Do not select a high-speed wet wipes packing machine from a maximum catalog number alone. Work backward from saleable output and then prove the requested condition with samples.

Required nominal rate = target good packs per shift ÷ planned running minutes ÷ verified operating efficiency
1

Define the product

State wipe size, fold, liquid dose, film and finished sachet dimensions.

2

Define good output

Use accepted packs per shift after planned stops, changeovers and quality checks.

3

Verify the condition

Record sustained rate, waste, dose, registration and seal results during the agreed trial.

URS and FAT

Turn the quotation into testable acceptance criteria

A useful quotation states what will be tested, with which samples and at what operating condition. Send these inputs before the machine configuration is frozen.

  • Representative non-woven rolls
  • Actual packaging film and artwork
  • Liquid formulation and target dose
  • Approved bag and wipe drawings
  • Continuous-run duration and output target
  • Dose repeatability acceptance method
  • Registration, cut and seal criteria
  • Batch mark and easy-tear requirements
  • Waste, line clearance and changeover checks
  • Documents, training and site interfaces

Record the trial evidence

For each acceptance run, record the product format, material batch, liquid, machine settings, start and stop time, good packs, rejects, dose results, registration position and seal-test result.

This makes the FAT result comparable to the condition expected at your site.

Buyer questions

VPD800 wet wipes packing machine FAQ

How fast is the VPD800 wet wipes packing machine?

The available VPD800 configuration records list a reference range of 500–1,200 packs per minute depending on wipe and pack size. The sustained rate for your project must be verified with representative non-woven, liquid and packaging film.

What products is the VPD800 designed to pack?

The confirmed core application is individually packed alcohol pads or swabs. Other wet-wipe products require a technical review of wipe dimensions, fold, liquid, film and sealing conditions before the model is accepted.

Which packaging films can the machine use?

The source records reference composite film, aluminized film, PE/PP and other approved composite structures. The actual roll must still be tested for thickness, print repeat, seal window, roll geometry and web tracking.

How many lanes does the reference configuration use?

The available records describe multiple non-woven rolls and an eight-column bag-making arrangement. The final lane arrangement must be confirmed against the selected sachet and wipe dimensions in the signed configuration.

How is liquid dosing controlled?

The pump setting is entered from the touchscreen. Reference records state 0–4/5 ml for a single addition and ±0.2 ml, but the formulation, target volume and repeatability must be validated; larger doses may require more than one addition.

What control system does the machine use?

The available technical records describe touchscreen operation, servo drive and programmable control. Because component lists vary between source revisions, the final brands and models should be stated in the signed quotation.

What information is needed for an accurate quotation?

Send the wipe material, basis weight, finished size, fold, liquid formulation and dose, sachet drawing, packaging film, target good output, utilities and any printing, easy-tear or documentation requirements.

What should be tested during FAT?

Run representative non-woven, liquid and film at the agreed condition, then record sustained output, dose repeatability, registration, cut position, seal quality, waste and the required batch-marking or easy-tear functions.
