Selection boundary

Choose the pack architecture before the machine configuration

An easy-snap card is not a conventional pillow sachet or stick pack. The opening experience depends on the formed card, scored opening path, seal area, laminate and product behavior working together.

Strong starting fit

Use the CD120 route when

  • The product is a liquid or semi-fluid such as honey, cream or essential oil.
  • A rigid card-style, single-dose pack is part of the brand and dispensing concept.
  • The project can supply real product, printed laminate and approved card drawings for trials.
  • The team accepts that usable output must be proven with the selected pack and product.
Confirm before quotation

Define these boundaries first

  • Target dose, viscosity range, temperature behavior and particle content.
  • Card dimensions, opening direction, dose outlet and printable area.
  • Laminate structure, roll width, print-mark design and barrier target.
  • Cleaning method, product-contact material, utilities and downstream handling.
Use another route when: the package is a flexible stick pack, a conventional three- or four-side-seal sachet, or a bottle/jar. Those formats require different feeding, forming and sealing architectures.

Indexed production sequence

How the HIJ-CD120 forms, fills and finishes the easy-snap card

The supplier process description lists film unwinding, forming, embossing, heat sealing, filling, tail sealing and punching. Each station must be proven with the final product and card construction.

  1. 01Unwind film

Feed the approved composite roll under controlled tension.

  2. 02Register print

Use the single-side photoelectric registration route for printed film.

  3. 03Form and emboss

Create the card geometry and designed opening feature with the approved tooling.

  4. 04Heat seal

Build the primary sealed structure before or around the configured filling sequence.

  5. 05Meter product

Fill the specified 0.5–20 ml dose using the selected pump configuration.

  6. 06Tail seal

Close the product path with settings developed for the laminate and product.

  7. 07Punch and discharge

Cut the finished cards and route waste and accepted packs to their next steps.

What the machine controls

Film motion, registration, station timing, temperature, configured dosing and punching.

What the project must prove

Openability, seal quality, dose acceptance, print position, residue and repeatability across the approved operating window.

Product-to-pack validation

Match product behavior, dosing hardware and laminate before tooling release

“Honey packaging machine” is only the starting description. Product temperature, viscosity, stringing, particles and cleaning limits determine whether the proposed filling route is suitable.

Energy gel single-dose packaging application
Viscous product

Honey and energy gels

Test heating or agitation needs, stringing, cut-off, air inclusion and dose repeatability at the actual production temperature.

Skincare liquid and cream sample packaging application
Cosmetic sample

Creams, lotions and serums

Confirm product-contact compatibility, cleanability, air management and whether the chosen pump suits shear and viscosity.

Liquid supplement single-dose packaging application
Low-dose liquid

Liquid supplements

Define dose tolerance, product stability, hygiene controls, coding and the buyer’s regulatory acceptance plan before trials.

Syrup and condiment single-serve packaging application
Food liquid

Syrups and condiments

Review particles, acidity, hot-fill or ambient-fill conditions, cleaning and the required laminate barrier with representative samples.

Product sample

Send enough material to trial start-up, normal running, stops and restarts—not only one nominal dose.

Pack drawing

Approve external dimensions, scored opening path, seal margins, outlet and print-mark position.

Laminate roll

Confirm structure, thickness, roll width, core, unwind direction, print repeat and supplier tolerance.

Tooling and acceptance evidence

Buy a proven product-and-pack window, not an isolated machine

The drawing, tooling, pump, laminate and setpoints form one operating system. FAT should show what happens at normal running, planned stops, restarts and defined challenge conditions.

01

Drawing approval

Freeze card dimensions, score path, seal area, outlet, print repeat and registration mark before tooling release.

02

Representative trials

Run the actual product and production laminate across the agreed dose and temperature window.

03

Acceptance samples

Retain normal packs, challenged packs, reject examples and signed results tied to the test conditions.

04

Change and cleaning

Demonstrate the agreed product-contact access, drain-down, cleaning method and restart checks.

Commercial FAQ

Questions to close before ordering an easy-snap sachet machine

What does the HIJ-CD120 package?

The supplier document lists honey, cosmetics, essential oil, cream and other semi-fluid or liquid products packed in a card-type, snap-open format. Product suitability still requires representative trials.

What is the published filling range?

The published filling-volume range is 0.5–20 ml. The buyer should define minimum, nominal and maximum doses and an agreed measurement method for FAT.

Which composite films are listed?

The source lists PET/AL, PET/PE and PS/PE. The exact laminate structure, thickness, roll dimensions, print repeat and barrier requirement must be approved with the pack drawing.

Does 20 punching cycles per minute equal 20 accepted packs per minute?

Not automatically. Punching frequency is one machine parameter. Qualified good-pack output also depends on card layout, lanes, product, dose, laminate, stops, rejects and the agreed test method.

How should filling accuracy be specified?

Do not rely on an unsupported headline. Agree the sample count, measuring instrument, product temperature, target dose, allowable deviation, start-up treatment and pass/fail rule.

What should be included in the quotation?

Ask for the machine configuration, card tooling, filling system, tank/heating/agitation, coding, chiller or other options, spare parts, documentation, FAT scope, delivery terms and site-service boundary as separate items.

What samples are needed before FAT?

Provide the production product, approved laminate roll, card drawing, print artwork or marked film, finished-pack references and enough material for start-up, stable running, stops and restarts.
