What products can the TF-60 fill?
The published configuration is intended for sunscreen creams, SPF lotions and comparable cosmetic products that can be qualified through the selected product path. Viscosity, mineral loading, temperature, aeration and cleanability should be tested with representative product.
What is the published filling and tube-size range?
The published references are 5–250 ml, tube diameters of 13–50 mm and tube lengths of 50–210 mm. Every requested SKU should still be listed and confirmed in the quotation.
How fast can the machine run?
The published maximum operating range is 30–50 tubes per minute. Accepted output depends on fill volume, product behavior, tube quality, sealing conditions, coding, inspection, stops and the agreed acceptance rate.
Can it seal PE, ABL and PBL tubes?
The published machine scope includes compatible PE and ABL/PBL laminated tubes using a configured hot-air sealing route. Final seal settings and acceptance must be developed with the supplied production tube.
Does mineral sunscreen require a special configuration?
It may. Settling, concentration drift and temperature sensitivity can require agitation, a heated hopper or a different product-feeding arrangement. The decision should follow trials with the buyer’s actual formula.
How should filling accuracy be specified?
Define the measurement method, instrument, sample size, frequency, product condition and individual acceptance limits. Do not rely on a percentage without the test basis.
What should be included in the quotation?
Request separate line items for the base machine, every format set, product feeding, hopper options, sealing tooling, coding, inspection, documentation, FAT, installation, training, spare parts and site services.
What samples should be sent before final selection?
Send representative sunscreen, empty tubes for every format, caps, artwork or eye-mark details, finished-pack requirements and enough material for the agreed trials. Also state the output and acceptance criteria.
