Thermoformed blister configuration
Documented for tablets, capsules, injections, food, medical devices and similar products that can be handled by the selected feeder and tooling.
Source-verified technical reference
Review the documented Alu/Plastic and Alu/Alu configuration: 20-50 cycles/min depending on material, a 250 × 112 mm forming area, 30-120 mm stroke and the utilities required for project review.
Quick selection answer
Use this model when the ordered format fits the documented web width, forming area, stroke and depth limits. Rated cycle frequency is not finished pack output. Tooling layout, cavities per stroke and feeder efficiency determine actual capacity.
Documented for tablets, capsules, injections, food, medical devices and similar products that can be handled by the selected feeder and tooling.
The manual documents a dual-use Alu/Plastic and Alu/Alu platform. Confirm the cold-form tooling, product geometry and foil specification in the URS.
PVC, PTP lidding foil and forming aluminum foil are listed at 250 mm width. Non-standard webs require an engineering review.
Verified data table

Process architecture
The manual describes modular working stations and a separable body for installation access. The final line sequence depends on the selected product feeder, print registration, discharge and downstream equipment.
Unwind the selected PVC or forming aluminum web, heat or cold-form the cavities, and maintain water cooling and air supply.
Match the feeder, brush plate, screen and product-contact parts to the tablet, capsule or other approved product geometry.
Coordinate lidding foil tension, sealing pressure, temperature and the photoelectric eye-mark function for printed foil.
Set the 30-120 mm stroke, align the web to the cutting station and confirm the discharge route for standalone or line use.
Material and tooling inputs
Web thickness and width are source values, not universal purchasing limits. The tooling drawing must still define cavity pitch, pack outline, trim allowance, perforation, eye-mark location and usable packs per stroke.
Controls and operating evidence
The source manual describes a touch-screen interface with production controls, temperature views, alarm messages, I/O status and access levels. These functions support operation, but they do not by themselves prove 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
Start/stop, jog, heating, heat sealing, batch-number heating, feeding, traction, discharge and conveyor functions are described. Production quantity and run-time counters are also listed.
The manual lists web-out or web-break, inverter protection, temperature-not-ready, heater disconnection, low-air-pressure and target-count alarms.
A photoelectric eye-mark function corrects printed lidding alignment, while the traction setting controls the working stroke within the documented 30-120 mm range.
The manual lists PWS1711-STN HMI, ES3200T2 controller, TDA4848V1 temperature controllers and WFD-A inverter. Confirm current brands and models in the approved electrical BOM.
Site readiness
Confirm site utilities before layout approval. The manual requires compressed air, cooling water, electrical supply, grounding and a level installation area with access for the separable machine body.
Manual value at 380 V / 50 Hz; 220 V / 60 Hz is also listed. Confirm phase, voltage, frequency and protection devices.
Maintenance range stated by the manual. Air volume flow is at least 0.25 m³/min. Confirm quality and connection size.
Use the separate 3900 × 750 × 1800 mm packing size for transport and access planning.
| Cooling water | Required before startup. Temperature, flow, pressure and connection details must be confirmed for the ordered configuration. |
|---|---|
| Grounding and location | Protective grounding and a level indoor installation surface are required. Confirm service clearance with the approved layout. |
| Routine checks | Drain condensate from the air preparation unit, verify pressure, open cooling water, inspect lubrication and clean product-contact or feeder parts according to the maintenance plan. |
| Shipping planning | Packed envelope: 3900 × 750 × 1800 mm. Machine weight: 1500 kg. Verify unloading equipment, doors, corridors and floor loading. |
Procurement control
Treat this page as a verified reference, not the final contract specification. The approved URS, layout, tooling drawing, component list and acceptance protocol control the delivered machine.
Send Product and URS DataProcurement FAQ
No verified source supports that claim. The manual specifies 20-50 cycles/min for Alu/Plastic and 20-30 cycles/min for Alu/Alu. Finished output depends on the number of usable blisters per stroke, feeder performance, reject rate and operating efficiency.
The manual describes a dual-use Alu/Plastic and Alu/Alu configuration. Confirm the ordered forming module, tooling sets, forming depth and material specifications before purchase.
The current source lists 250 × 112 mm. The blister drawing must fit this forming window after allowing for web edges, cutting, perforation and process clearance.
The supplied manual does not verify Part 11 compliance. Put audit trail, electronic signature, user access, data retention and backup requirements in the URS so HIJ can confirm a suitable control configuration.
At minimum, approve the URS response, machine layout, tooling and blister drawings, utility schedule, electrical component list, scope of supply, FAT protocol and the required qualification-document scope.
Configuration review
Send the product drawing, material structure, target output, utilities and validation scope. HIJ will return a configuration-specific technical response instead of relying on generic catalog figures.
