A cosmetic liquid filling machine is an automated machine that accurately measures and dispenses liquid cosmetics — such as oils, serums, perfume, essential oils, toners and lotions — into containers, and can also form and seal the pack in the same cycle. The HIJ GGS-118P5 uses high-precision mechanical, peristaltic or rotary-valve pumps so there is no leakage, no foam and no overflow, with all product-contact parts in SUS316L to meet GMP standards.
Because the dosing system can be matched to your product's viscosity and flow, one platform handles thin liquids like toners and essential oils as well as heavier oils and syrups. It can also be connected to a labeling machine for a complete fill–seal–label line.
