What is an automatic cosmetic filling line?
An automatic cosmetic filling line is a synchronized series of machines that fills, caps, labels, codes and cartons cosmetic products with little or no manual handling. In a fully automatic configuration, containers are fed, filled to ±0.5%, closed, decorated, coded and packed end to end — typically with just 1–2 operators supervising.
HIJ builds the line around your products and output, with servo dosing, PLC + touchscreen control and recipe-based changeover. Choose semi-automatic, automatic or fully automatic — then scale up later. Every line is GMP-ready, CE documented and factory acceptance tested before shipment.

Wrap-around or front/back labels are applied and batch/expiry codes printed inline.
