A hair care filling machine is the dosing and container-handling core of a line for shampoo, conditioner, hair oil, serum, masks or styling products. The filler must be selected together with the product feed system, nozzle, container transport and closure equipment because viscosity, foaming, stringing and pack geometry all change how the line should run.
Two hair care products in the same bottle can still need different hopper, pump, nozzle, fill profile and cleaning arrangements.

Viscosity alone is not enough. Product stringing, foaming, entrained air, temperature, particles and cleaning method can be equally important.
Send representative product. A production-like sample exposes foaming, cut-off and residue behavior.
Test the real container. Neck opening, bottle rigidity and center of gravity affect nozzle entry and transport.
Define cleaning boundaries. Identify parts that contact product and how operators will access, drain and clean them.
Set acceptance criteria. Agree how fill result, leakage, closure quality and good output will be measured during FAT.
The filler is one station in a larger material and data flow. Define inspection, rejection and downstream handoff before freezing the layout.
A filled pack is not a good pack until closure presence, seating and application are acceptable. Pump, flip-top and treatment closures may require different feeding and orientation arrangements.
Define closure family, size range, orientation and whether inserts or pumps are assembled before arrival.
Specify the inspection point and reject path for missing, tilted or incorrectly seated closures.
Include label, code and pack-presence checks when the line must release a finished sellable pack.
A useful proposal separates the base machine, product-contact configuration, change parts, upstream/downstream modules, inspection and documentation scope.
Best evidence: product samples, empty containers, closures, labels and finished-pack drawings.
The supplier and buyer should agree what constitutes a good pack, which product and materials will be used, and how results will be recorded.
A configured line may handle shampoo, conditioner, hair oil, serum, masks, styling gels or treatment creams. The correct product feed, dosing method, nozzle and cleaning arrangement should be confirmed with representative samples.
Start with product behavior, fill range, container dimensions, closure type, required good output and cleaning method. Then test the real product and packaging materials before fixing the pump, nozzle, number of filling stations and downstream modules.
It may be possible when the fill range, product path and cleaning procedure are compatible. Shampoo and conditioner can behave differently, so both products should be tested and separate recipes or change parts should be defined where required.
Depending on the finished pack, the line may include closure feeding, capping or sealing, labeling, coding, inspection, rejection, cartoning and case packing. Only required stations should be included in the project boundary.
Provide representative product, empty containers, closures, labels and finished-pack drawings. Also provide fill volumes, acceptable results, required output, changeover frequency and destination-site utilities.
Define the permitted result and the measurement method for each product and fill volume. Do not rely on one generic percentage before the product, container, dosing principle and test conditions are agreed.
FAT should use agreed product and packaging materials and record good output, fill results, leakage, closure quality, label and code checks, rejection challenges, changeover and safety functions according to the approved protocol.
